It's important to note that the length of time you can hold the weight may vary depending on your body's condition, such as muscle fatigue or dryness. Therefore, it's perfectly fine to adjust the duration based on how you feel each day.
To make it easier to incorporate into your daily routine, many women prefer to use weights during their morning or evening routines, or even while showering. To encourage your muscles to engage throughout the day, we recommend standing and moving with the weights during your daily activities.

We recommend starting with the lightest weight and gradually increasing to the darker weights over time. As a general guideline, once you can comfortably hold The Toner for 1 minute, it's time to move up to the next weight level.
